Ingredients
- 1 cup Paneer
- 2 tsp Butter
- 2 medium sized Onions
- 10 Cashew nuts
- 3 Tomatoes
- 1 bay leaf,
- 2 cinnamon sticks
- 2 green cardamoms
- 1 tsp Kashmiri Red chili powder
- 1/4 coriander powder
- 1/4 turmeric
- 1/2 tsp garam masala powder
- 1/4 tsp sugar
- Salt as required
- 2 tsp Kasoori methi (Dried)
- 1 tsp oil
- 5 tsp cream
- Fry paneer in butter and keep aside.
- Add bay leaf, cinnamon sticks, and cardamoms.
- Sauté the tomatoes with onions + cashews. Lower the heat to the low setting and cover the pan. Allow the mixture to simmer over low heat until the tomatoes are soft and tender. Add Kashmiri Red chili powder, coriander powder, turmeric and garam masala powder to it.
- Once cooled, transfer this mix to a blender. Puree the cooled masala in the blender until smooth and creamy. Set aside.
- Add 1/2 spoon oil, sprinkle sugar add the blended mixture to the pan.
- Add all the paneer, and allow it boil for 3 minutes.
- Add cream and crush Kasturi Methi on top.
