Egg Chappathi

Ingredients of Egg Chapati/Parotta

  • 2 cups whole wheat flour/or even readymade chappati
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 small onion, finely chopped
  • 1/2 green chilli, finely chopped
  • 2 tbsp capsicum, finely chopped
  • to taste salt 1/4 tsp
  • Black Pepper1/2 tsp
  • Oil as required
  • 2 tbsp Carrot, grated


How to Make Egg Chapati

  1. Make the Chapati / Parotta as we usually.
  2. Break eggs in a bowl, add chopped vegetables and spices, and beat them well.
  3. Put a little oil on the pan and pour some egg mixture on it.
  4. Place the Chapati / Parotta on top of the egg mixture.
  5. Sprinkle oil on it and fry both side, pair the hot chapati with raita or chutney.
