Ingredients
- 1 cup carrot
- 1 cup capsicum (with mixed color)
- 1/2 cup peas
- 1/2 cup spring onions
- 1/2 cup paneer
- 1/2 cup sweet corn
- 2 tsp garlic
- 5 tsp chilly sauce
- 2 tsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp sugar
- 3 tsp cooking oil
- 1 tsp butter
- 1 tsp pepper
- Have the basmati rice cooked and kept separately.
- Add butter to the pan to fry the paneer and keep it aside.
- Add oil to the pan, heat it, and add garlic to allow it to burn.
- Add carrot, peas, sweet corn, and capsicum and allow it to half cook, so try to avoid water if required sprinkle the water.
- After 15 mins, add chilly sauce, soy sauce, and sugar. Keep in the flame until sugar melts and add the caramel texture to the mixture.
- Add pepper to the mix, paneer, and then spring onions.
- Mix the cooked rice with the above-prepared mixture in the pan and serve it hot.
