Ingredients of Egg Chapati/Parotta
- 2 cups whole wheat flour/or even readymade chappati
- 3 eggs
- 1 small onion, finely chopped
- 1/2 green chilli, finely chopped
- 2 tbsp capsicum, finely chopped
- to taste salt 1/4 tsp
- Black Pepper1/2 tsp
- Oil as required
- 2 tbsp Carrot, grated
How to Make Egg Chapati
- Make the Chapati / Parotta as we usually.
- Break eggs in a bowl, add chopped vegetables and spices, and beat them well.
- Put a little oil on the pan and pour some egg mixture on it.
- Place the Chapati / Parotta on top of the egg mixture.
- Sprinkle oil on it and fry both side, pair the hot chapati with raita or chutney.
