“Suganya has been working directly with me in the Cognizant Siebel CRM Practice in 2010 which I was managing. She joined as the Technical Architect at Pune for one of the Top 5 UK Bank Client which had more than 300 member Team. Suganya led the team for this project starting from Business Analysis, Requirement Gathering , Technical Solutioning, Design and Development and Final Go-Live. Her Leadership & Management capabilities, CRM Solutioning skills and Client & Project Management was well appreciated by our Customer as well as Cognizant UK Account Team.. Her effective management of the project helped Cognizant in getting more business with the Bank subsequently. Later she joined the CRM Loyalty CoE team which was newly incubated. In this CoE, she led the initiative on Social Media integration with Siebel Loyalty application which was a functionality not available in the product at that time. She actively worked with Oracle Loyalty Team of Oracle Inc. to give the inputs for developing this functionality later as part of the product. Subsequently Suganya handled the Loyalty projects for KGTelcom, American Airlines and Megamart Clients as well successfully between 2010 and 2013. It has been a great pleasure having her as an asset for my Business Unit since she also helped actively in various presales solutioning as well for many proposals with her deep technology and architecting skills.
